Clare Olivares

Clare Olivares is a California painter and poet living in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her poems have been published in small literary journals including The Plentitudes, FatherFather, CURE magazine and the Remembered Arts Journal. She has exhibited her text-based artworks nationally and internationally. Olivares' poems and artworks reflect daily observations of living with gratitude and curiosity. She holds an undergraduate degree in medieval studies from UC Berkeley and a master's degree in painting from Mills College, Oakland, CA.
