Barbara Hughes

Barbara Hughes studies English and Creative Writing at Rollins College. Her poetry and nonfiction have appeared in campus magazines Brushingand The Independent, Alpha Female Society,

3Moon Magazine, Shot Glass Journal, Door is Ajar, 45 Magazine Women’s Literary Journal, and elsewhere. Currently, she resides in Orlando with her cats Addie and Pippa. She drinks potent coffee, finds female empowerment through writing, and, for fun, she has long conversations with the moon.
