Adrienne Oliver

Adrienne Oliver (she/her) is poet, performer, and community-builder, and Black woman in each of those realities. Her work is to become a worthy ancestor. She trained at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and is an MFA candidate at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Her work has received support from the Virginia Film Festival, Live Arts Theatre, McGuffey Art Center, Second Street Gallery, and more. A 2021 PEN America Emerging Voices Fellow, she is writing her first book.
